Shop links and ads

Right now none of our shop buttons earn us anything. They go straight to the retailer.

When that changes, every page with an affiliate link will say “Ad: contains affiliate links” at the top, before any link, and this page will list the programs we use.

Pink is the only colour we use for shopping. If something is pink on this site, it leads to a store.
